The founder's story
“I treated oud as something I had to understand before I could sell it.”
Mohammed Al Hakmani recounts a journey that began with collecting precious oud oils, then studying origin, age, purity, extraction and development on skin—before knowledge became repeated composition trials.
Al Hakmani learned that oud is not defined by name or price alone, but by origin, age, purity, extraction and time on skin. Collecting led to composing and recomposing, until craft became the identity of a contemporary Omani niche house.
