Exchange and Return Policy
Exchange or return is available in the following cases:
• The presence of a manufacturing defect such as a spray malfunction, breakage or leakage in the bottle.
• The product does not match the description in the store.

• The application must be submitted within 24 hours from the date of receipt of the application.
• Attach a photo showing the problem or defect, if any.

Exchange or return procedures:
1. Communicate with customer service via WhatsApp described below.
2. Provide us with the order number and date of purchase with an explanation of the reason for the order.
3. After reviewing and approving the request, you will be provided with instructions for returning the product.
4. Upon receipt and inspection of the product:
• Send the replacement product (in case of replacement).
• Or refund the amount paid according to the original payment method (in case of refund).
